Mount Coot-Tha

Love a city view from the top of a hill? This is your stop. It is one of the most exquisite places I’ve ever been to. Come here in the morning and spend the whole day trekking and savouring the beauty of nature. You can grab a bite at the Kuta cafe which serves pretty good food. You can also visit Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium which is located at Mount Coot-Tha .

University of Queensland

Now you must be thinking why would anyone visit a university on their vacay unless they have a purpose. I went their with my brother who’s a student at the uni but anyone with no links to the university can come here to spend a day. The campus is huge with various picnic spots to hang out at. You can get beautiful pictures here. I believe that a travel experience is incomplete without getting to know the people who live there. This is the place where you find the young and the spirited and can get to know more about their ideas and culture. So what say, a stop at the uni?

Quick tip to get this hairstyle: Pull back your hair using a brush and tie the front section of your hair in a high ponytail. Let the rest of the hair fall loose like you do in a half up half down hairdo. This makes your hair look longer. 😉
